Comments: Love this rod! Have used it for squarebills & lipless. I got the 7'6 med hvy & it works great. When I only had this rod along on a camping trip one weekend I was desperate for a heavier rod for flipping and pitching & this rod handled it perfectly!

From: Traeton: Worthington, MN 5/10/16

Comments: Good rods. I have the 7'11 XH winch rod & cranks the big ones fine. I have thrown 3xds on it but i really messed up & got this rod in an action that is way to heavy. Otherwise this rod is perfect for the heavy cranks.

Comments: wonderful rods,7'and7'6", use them for inshore salt water, crankin rods? use them for everything! I put down the bucoo for a minute, have not picked it up in 2weeks! great tapers, keeps speckled trout, reds, Snook & a 10#tarpon buttoned up ;-) great rod for $100!

From: Mike: Ormond Beach, FL 10/5/15

Comments: I have both the 7'11" models both paired with Revo Winch reels. Great rods for slinging the big cranks a country mile. An easy side-arm cast will toss a KVD 8.0 or a 6/8/10XD about as far as you could need.  Good action in the rod to keep the hooks planted with the big cranks as well. No fish lost thus far. Best cranking rod for the $ especially for the big baits. Note:The first XH I received had a slightly sloppy epoxy job on the reel seat that got under the locking nut & rendered the rod useless. Tackle Warehouse provided excellent customer service and had me the replacement within a week.

Comments: Love this rod!  Bought the 7' Med & paired it with the Orra Winch & it handles square bills & deep diving crankbaits really well. Caught a 23# Flathead on a KVD 1.5 last weekend & this rod handled it just fine!  I'll be buying another one.

Comments:  I've had this rod for a few months now and i absolutely love it. I got the 7' medium and it handles everything just fine. I throw 1/4-1/2oz red eyes on it and you can feel everything. Has great sensitivity and backbone. I would highly recommend picking one up.

Comments: The Abu Garcia Veritas rods are top notch I have landed some real toads on these rods and they have performed flawlessly they are my go to rods for everything I do bass fishing match them up to LEWS LFS reel and you can have yourself a basskicking good time.

From: Randall: Tapron Springs, FL 5/14/15

Comments: Used the 7' med last fall up on Lake Superior deep water smallies and it performed flawlessly. It's also great in this action for slingin' shallow to medium depth cranks for largies. I use a number of other high end rods but this one and the 7'6" MH I also bought will always have my confidence and be on my boat cocked, locked and ready to rock.

Comments: Used it 3x so far and, with the limited time, I'm impressed. Haven't hooked up to a monster yet but of the 20+ bass I have hooked up with only one got unbuttoned and that was probably a small dink anyways. Been a solid rod so far and happy with it.

Comments: I bought the 7 M winch cranking rod. I will agree with the wired to fish review. This rod is the real deal, its really limber which allows it to load up and fling a 1.5 almost out of sight. Stick a 3/8 or 1/2 lipless and sling it to outer space. I love the flat butt so when I have to to my ribs its really comfy and dont dig while I am fighting a fish. I like to sweep the rod to the side for a hook set and with this flat butt it just feels right. Dont let the limper tip fool you it gives way to a solid back bone. I caught a 4lb in some flooded timber on 20 lb fluro and I horsed it through no worries. I had the first version of the Veritas and I hated it to stiff to brittle. I can say this ones action is dead on and I have tested it before starting the tournaments with it and its sturdy. I like it so much I bought the 7'6 winch and the XH winch. I also bought a 7'3 Micro to experiment with the regular casting series with T-rigs and jigs.

Comments: The 7'11 xh fishes the jumbo cranks perfectly and at $100 its a no brainer
