Overview
Balsa wood baits have long been known for their lively, natural action in the water and their extreme buoyancy. Other woods and plastic materials have since come on the scene, but many pro's still turn to them and keep old proven ones around for year because of their innate fish catching ability. Bagley has been making some of the best balsa wood baits for over 50 years, and Bagley baits have probably more wins in big tournaments that almost any other crankbait made - including four Bassmaster Classics.
The Bagley BangOLure Spin Tail Jerkbait is one of the original and most castable balsa stick baits on the market. Cast it, let it sit, and then rip it on the surface. The spinner on the tail creates extra surface action, and it still delivers the same wide, enticing wobble as the original BangOLure. Available in a variety of colors, the Bagley BangOLure Spin Tail Jerkbait is a deadly surface and sub-surface stick bait.
Bagley | Length | Weight | Depth | Class |
BangOLure Spin | 4" | 1/4oz | 0-2ft | Floating |
BangOLure Spin | 4-3/4" | 3/8oz | 0-2ft | Floating |

Comments: This bait is a absolute killer. So versatile. If a fish commits to this bait and it's gonna end up in your boat. The 3 hooks help a lot. Wish it had better color options but this thing on submerged grass or during the spawn phases is a must have.

Comments: Highly underrated lure. Catches fish when alot of other things wont, but I haven't gotten huge fish with this lure- so there's that. I fish it like a jerkbait, let it float, give it a jerk and that livttle tail prop gives a little chug/pop on the jerk down- bass go crazy for this action. I usually do this a couple of time a mix in the cranking after I jerk it under because this thing has decent shallow swimming action. I've been using the black and gold. I've had to rebend the props after maybe 20 fish. I like to fish it off rip-rap and laydowns.

Comments: The quality of these lures seems to have dropped off from what it was back in the day when they were built in Winter Haven . I have bought some with loose bills and such.... Now all that being said it is sill my best lures. Spin tail works best. Work it slow... Give a twitch or two and let it sit before twitching again.

Comments: I've fish with one of these every time I go fishing. It never fails to produce fish. Many of my biggest bass have been caught on one of these.

Comments: This bait has won more money than any other lure on the Waccamaw River here in Horry County South Carolina. Every Boat in the Tuesday night tourney's has atleast one rigged up. If you plan on fishing a tourney on the Waccamaw you better have one of these in you rotation or you'll be watching someone else get paid. Great bait It catches some big bass. Buy some learn to fish 'em cause the catch fish and it's a toilet flush when a bass hits this thing.
