Pro designed to help you catch more bass, Berkley is continuing to release their new line-up of Havoc baits, which have already accounted for some solid finishes at the 2011 Bassmaster Classic on the Louisiana Delta.
The Berkley Havoc Skeet's Wide Load - measuring in at 5" - was designed by BASS Elite Series veteran pro and 2009 Bassmaster Classic Champion, Skeet Reese. Drag it, hop it, flip it or whatever else you can think of, the Wide Load's unique shape, appendages and big claws make it a versatile bait that attracts attention from fish anywhere.
"Beep, beep, beep - Look out here comes the Wide Load! When you need a bait that moves a lot of water - this is it. Whether you are flipping or casting, the Wide Load is going to bring a load to the scales." - Skeet Reese.

Comments: I really like this worm. When you put the wide load in your hand it doesn't feel like 5 inches, it feels like something i've never felt before. Its got a super wide head that can penetrate bushes effectively. I really like the squiggly arms on the side too, they really add the skeet to the wide load. The ribs on the underside are really great too.

Comments: So I just got these in the mail today and can't help but notice that the tail is one piece. Looking at the picture when i ordered it i thought it had a slit down the middle. Has anyone else had this to occur or is the picture just deceiving? I will still use it. It looks like it should be great on a shaky head =]

Comments: As other said, it floats, so the tail sits up off the bottom. When i realized this i went back and bought 4 more packs to use as a jig trailer. but it works just fine alone texas rigged.

Comments: I tried this the other day and this is really nice, it has really good action, its good on a weighted hook.
Comments: I tried this bait the other day for the first time and I must admit, I liked it. I really liked how the bait came through lilypads and grass. It also looks good, especially when weighted, because the tail floats up off the bottom. The bait is fairly durable and was able to withstand tough conditions. I used the black w/blue flake and fished it like a worm. It's well worth the three bucks!
