Overview
Get into the thickest slop confidently with the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig. Built with a recessed line-tie to protect your knot and fiber weedguard to deflect snags not hook sets, the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig easily slides in-and-out of dense cover thanks to its streamlined head shape. Backed by a beefy 4/0 hook, it has what it takes to horse the big ones out of their strongholds. Available in a variety of colors, the D&L Tackle Advantage Jig is accentuated with premium silicone skirting held in place with a rubber skirt collar.

Comments: I had problems with the line abuse at the knot also! D&L actually sent me a free card of jigs after they corrected a problem with their mold. It didn't help until I trimmed the lead from eye of the hook on the bottom. Make sure no edges of the lead in the eye touches your line! It cost me a win and a pretty good chunk of change. I managed 3 fish for 13 lbs with big fish of 6+ lbs but broke off on 3 quality fish. Haven't had a problem since and still use them but with attention to detail. The eyes are clear before before they go in the boat! Oops, Dirty Sanchez, Green Pumpkin, Alabama Craw and Black & Blue !!!!!

Comments: These jigs are generally pretty good and catch fish but something about the line tie I think absolutely abuses knots and line close to the knot. I'm usually fairly careful about checking my knots and line after fishing baits in cover but these jigs break off a lot. At first I assumed user error but tried other jigs in the same areas with almost no issues. Not a bad product for the price I suppose but I don't like losing baits.

Comments:I've abused these jigs more than anything, and lost so many due to crappy knots. Always sad to lose one but luckily they're not too expensive. Best jigs out there and I have a hard time buy any other jig.

Comments:Love everything about these except for the strength of the hook. Used a Mh rod and 16lb fluoro yesterday to winch 5 fish out of cover, average around 2lbs. By the last fish the hook was halfway bent out. Glad I did it hook into a 5 or 6. It's a shame because I love everything else about these.

Comments:These are literally the best jigs that I have ever used. I will not buy any other Jigs other than D&L period. These will get you bites all year long. You just have to know how to fish and you will be golden.

Comments:Best jigs I've ever used. Paint holds up very well. That's a plus for me because I put them through some abuse! Awesome color selection and very sharp hooks. Awesome swim bait heads as well. Nice to have such a quality product made in my home town! I give them a 10 out of 10!
