The latest addition to the Daiwa Lure family is the Classic Shad DC7MSP—a 2 7/8-inch suspending plug that dives to six feet, and DC7DSP—that dives to nine feet. Its narrow body creates an enticing wider wiggle upon retrieve. In murkier water, crank it slow for wider rolling action. The detailed scale pattern and lifelike 3-D eyes add to the appeal of this hot new lure.

Comments: After reading some bad reviews concerning the 9' diving model I was very skeptical. However, after testing out the 6' model I was surprisingly pleased! It dives and swims very well and I had a strike after fishing for an hour in the afternoon with the bluegill lure. It seems to swim well in rocky structure cracnked medium-slow speed with a 1:5.3 spinning reel. Great for hitting those small drop offs near shore without too much worry of getting the lure caught.

Comments: These lures are fun to throw from shore. You need to adjust rod height alot during the retrieve but the benefit is they bump off the bottom structure. I had good luck with this lure and can verify it will catch 'em.
