Comments: This reel, for the price, is pretty sweet! It casts well and far...Has great control over a fish, it's sturdy, easy to use and cheap enough you can buy a few and not feel broke...It's not my Steez, but for the price it's worth having for a sidekick everyday reel!

Comments: For 60 bucks this reel simply can't be beat. A nice feature you will not find on other reels at this price point is a clicking drag star. As easy to palm as the Shimano Citica. Not blingy, but simple and satisfying. The only knock I have is no free floating spool which makes it a little more prone to backlash. I also upgraded the bearings to ABEC 5's for an extra 20 dollars. When my Shimanos burn out (if they ever do), I will purchase more of these to replace them. And with the new Daiwa rods under a hundred bucks, who needs to drop 3 to 4 bills for a nice set up?

Comments: I bought this reel for cranking at Bass Pro Shops a couple weeks ago. I've only been using it for shallow square bills but so far it has performed well. I spooled mine with P-Line CX 10lb and the only problems I've had have been backlashing which is infrequent but when it happens, it's bad. I will buy this reel again.
