Comments: i have the steez 2500 and it has the smoothest drag system of almost any reel i have ever fished with! i would even go as far as to say that the drag is almost as smooth as the stellas! however it is also incredibly lightweight! i love the thick sturdy bail arm on this reel and i havent had a single problem with this reel at all! this is a finesse champ!

Comments: I have the Daiwa Steez 2500 and 2508 and the are absolutely the smoothest and light spinning reels I have ever used. The reels are also very attractive and fit nicely on many different rods. I paired mine with a 6'10 G. Loomis 822 Dropshot rod and a Daiwa Fuego 7'3 MH Rod. I use them for dropshoting and throwing tubes and worms. It just does not get any better than the Daiwa Steez!
