Featuring an action and taper handpicked by Bolton specifically for worming and jigging, the rod features a state-of-the-art Hi-Modulus BSTI-10 graphite blank for an extremely lightweight and sensitive feel. The ALPS Light XN Guides are 28% lighter standard guides, and their SS316 stainless steel construction furnishes maximum strength and corrosion protection. The guides’ ring lock concept also virtually eliminates the nagging issue of ceramic inserts popping out. Foregrips are also made from an exotic Rosewood stabilized hardwood, denoting a Denali trademark quality fishing rod. While it does add a nice look to the rod, Denali added the Rosewood because it aids tremendously in transmitting vibrations as it is a very dense material, much more so than cork or EVA. Comments: Awesome rod for football jigs. Lightweight and balances perfect with a basic low profile reel. I have mine paired up with a Gen 3 Revo Sx and couldn't be happier.
