Customer Reviews

Comments:  I have 7'11 med hvy cranking rod, 7'4 cranking rod, and the 7'1 med casting rod. These rods are awesome! They are extremely light & sensitive, if that is what your looking for. I have 11 of the micro magic pro casting rods, some are the original & some are the pros. I can honestly say I haven't had a problem yet. I do take care of my equipment though. I don't have do micro guides on spinning rods. I am also a huge fan of dobyns & G. Loomis. I do have to say, I really wish duckett would bring back the full cork micro magic rods. The full cork crankbait rods had a lot more back bone & it seemed like the split grip was a totally different lighter action in the crankbait line up. I live on the TN river system & absolutely love fishing off shore & backbone is a must cranking all day.

Comments: These rods have completely changed my perspective on tournament bass fishing. I have competitively fished for 4 years now and have found the most reliable and useful thing in my entire boat are my Ducketts.(Not just for the fact that you cant catch a fish without a pole) This is due to their extreme sensitivity and reliability. Since discovering them I have completely switched to them and this all thanks to my friend Clay Reeves from Clinton who is sponsored by Duckett. Duckett fishing has definitely figured something out that no other rod company has yet and just keeps getting better and better. Please just give them a try and I guarantee you will be happy you did.
