Comments: Just got the 8' Extra-Extra heavy it is awesome and light:)!
From: Kollin: NWI
Comments: I wish that I could have bought mine while it was this inexpensive! I paid the original price over two years ago. I don't know why some people have problems with this rod...maybe they're not using it properly for the rating of the rod. I love this rod. It's extremely light, very sensitive, and has awesome amount of backbone to haul in lunkers. I have caught several bass over 7 and 8 lbs. and had no trouble at all. This rod is a steal at this price. Only complaint is that some of the paint is chipping off but my rod is over two years old and gets used frequently.

Comments: Both my dad and i bought a 6' 2" medium light. Definitely the best rod either of us have used. Amazingly light and sensitive. Have caught more then 30 cod on my rod alone to 35lb and no drama. Casts spinnerbaits far and accurate.
From: Joe: NSW, Australia
Comments: It's just the same as my other carrot stix rods the only difference is the cork grip. I love all of my carrot stix and plan on getting at least 10
From: Ian: Longview, TX
Comments: this is one of the best rods i would recommend this rod to anyone
From: Vic: CA
Comments: The rods look nice but are not quality rods. I broke two on fish that didnt even go 2 lbs! The rods broke in 2 pieces. One fish i had to put on the board to measure to see if it was 12". I would not recommend spending money on these.
From: Shawn: Asheville, NC
Comments: Ridiculously lightweight and sensitive. I fish the 7' medium with topwaters and finesse jigs. It's a great rod and definitely ultra sensitive.
From: Tye: Kyle, TX
Comments: Crap! I bought a 7'8" H Gold series a few weeks back and put it to the test on the Potomac dragging jigs over rocks. On my second hookset, the rod completely exploded and broke into 3 pieces!!! Needless to say, I wish I would have listened to all the other reports about these being poor products. Now I have to pay $40 S&H to get a replacement for a rod I have zero confidence in. Hello eBay!
From: Brian: Northern Virginia
Comments:I own 9 loomis rods both imx and glx. Bought 6'6 m and 6'2 m gold stix. These rods are fantastic. They are equal if not better than the glx and much cheaper. They are very sensitive and light. I have small hands and with a revo premier reel it feels like it was custom fit for me. Highly recommend.

Comments:I own a 21 Carrot Gold Cast 8' Extra Extra Heavy, 6'2" m and a 7' medium heavy. have previously owned a carrot stick and it was excellent! I just could not get over how sensitive the rod is. I just received my 21 Carrot Gold Cast 8' Extra Extra Heavy for my b day. I went out on a fishing trip with a friend and my wife and son had placed the rod in my boat's rod locker. I use this rod for throwing Spro, MS Slammers and heavy swimbaits up to 5 oz. Would refer this rod or any carrot stick to anybody I know. An excellent brand of rods.
From:Kevin: Woonsocket, RI
Comments:Just got my 7' Med Hvy Rod! It‚s super sensitive; you could feel every single rock on the bottom. The rod is pretty well balance & light weight which makes it easy to cast. Great action & hook setting power with a lifetime warranty!
From:Toubs: Green Bay, WI
Comments:Honestly ridiculous sensitivity and strength! These rods are perfect and cast a desert mile. Paired with a Shimano Core you are looking at about 11 oz. total. I won't buy another rod; with the lifetime warranty you can't go wrong.
From:Vince: Orange, CA
Comments:I own two 6'2" M rods and they are the best rods in their weight class. For the money E21 is worth it!
From:Walter: Switzerland
Comments:One of the greatest things about this rod is it floats. I dropped mine off the side of the boat in a tournament and thought I was going in until I saw the rod floating. It had a Curado on the rod(which is also light, but no floating parts). This rod is one of the most sensitive rods I've ever used. I will never buy another GLX as long as this rod is available. I now own four carrot sticks and plan to change over to them completely.
