Comments: These worms paired with the black angel lures snitch shakey head are a awesome fish catching combo.

From: JR: Longview,Tx 8/2/23

Comments: This worm works as advertised. When fished shaky or neko rigged the tail stands up perfect.. I prefer to neko rig these worms, the action and wiggle looks great. Durable with a ringed body for texture. This worm will get bit in tough conditions.

From: Jethro: Md 5/3/23

Comments: I don't think there is a better shaky head worm. Pair it with the Gamakatsu G-Finesse Trickyhead Shakey Head & hang on. It gets bit.

From: Monty W: Lake Conroe, TX 10/15/22

Comments: If you like to fish shakyhead worms, than this is the worm for you! The pocket on the end makes the tail stand up on the bottom and have incredible action with any movement.

From: Scooter: Morehead, KY 5/18/22

Comments: fantastic straight tail worm. put this on a shakey head and the tail stands straight up wagging like a dogs tail. works well on a power shot too as the tail makes it stand out on the hook.

From: Don: Stewartstown, PA 10/28/21

Comments: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STRAIT TAIL WORM MONEY CAN BUY ! IF I HAD TO CHOOSE ONLY ONE STRAIT TAIL WORM FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE & YOU HAD TO CHOOSE ONLY ONE TO FISH A TOURNAMENT ,THIS WOULD BE IT !! HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! DUDE!!! IM NOT JOKING!!!!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!! ;)

Comments: My old enough to know better grandson was literally hooked on video games to the point of being consumed by them.  Perhaps some of you can relate to how bad it can get.  I knew I had to help him break the addiction so three years ago I told him I would buy and give him some nice fishing setups if he would get out on the water with me.  It worked.  Now HE ask ME to go fishing most of the time.  This is our third season coming up.  Except for Youtube videos we had no mentor so we had to tackle the various mind-spinning bait learning curves on our own.  Expensive education (as if fishing by itself isn't already expensive enough!!!)  Of 7-8 worm brands we've tried the Airtail Wiggler is our favorite.  The hollow air chamber in the tail allows it to stand straight up and wiggle in the water.  The one area I was disappointed in when I first purchased is I was hoping the tail would still float by inserting a rattle in it.  Experimenting with lots of different rattles, it will not.  The tail falls to the bottom.  I guess that's why it's called "Airtail" instead of Rattletail.  Who could have guessed? So now we push a pointed worm rattle into the body close to the head and we're good to go.  We mostly fish it Neko with a plain light nail weight or light weight Neko skirt.  place the hook about one third from the head to maintain tail up float.  We will often stick and glue or screw in a small worm spinner into the side of the head for flash when needed.  Longer shank tail spinners also work (remember the butt end of this worm is hollow) but lead to more short strikes.  As a vertical floater it's also a great larger size Ned bait, especially on a Hog Farmer Swinging Ned Head.  You'll definately get swing!  Trim off the head if you need more finesse.  We will often rig a second light wire hook when fish are only in the nibbling mood.  This will sink this floating worm down more to the bottom like most other worms but will also surprise sting a bunch of finnicky fish who think waaaay too much of themselves. Ya gotta play the game better than the fish!!!  When called for use the same second hook approach with Shakey Heads over gravel and T Rigs Over grass and weeds.  Skin tag the hook points.  Colors... Black Blue for stained water and Green Pumpkin or Smokin Shad for the rest.  With GP consider dipping only the bulbous tail in Chartreuse.  We fish for fun, moreso numbers rather than size.  In our small, 90 acre, trolling motor only lake where only 3 places are deep enough to be barely over our heads, a "huge" bass is only in the 4 pound range.  We each caught over 100 last year from half-pound to 4 pounders and mostly on the Airtail during daylight hours and black jitter bugs along with other commotion baits at night.  Skunked only twice in many outings.  Coat the Airtail in your favorite flavor of MegaStrike.  Makes no difference which flavor.  If there is a hungry fish around that finds the Airtail, they'll eat it.  Want more fun?  Rig up two Ned Heads with an Airtail about 12-18" apart on the same main line.  Work them slow.  We've yet to catch a double but it seems to increase the number of singles.  Know the bottom as losing two at once can be an instant $I0 debit!  I seldom write a review for anything.  100% pleased with the Airtails.  Consider sending me check for your education or better yet buy some, go get your kid and just have fun!!!!!  Unless you're a pro, if it's not about fun it's not about anything.

Comments: These have quickly become my new shaky head worm. I caught a ton of fish last summer, 2020, when conditions got tough.  The fish would bite this worm when they wouldn't hit my regular shaky head worm. I have since invested heavily in Grande Bass' products. I'm really interested to throw their fluke style bait. I really hope they come out with a little larger profile worm, same style just a little longer and fatter, magnum trick worm size.  These worms are also really durable, I use the Santone piglet shaky head, I was averaging probably 5-8 fish per worm. I believe that the airtail was the big difference maker compared to my other worm.

From: Daniel: Knoxville, TN 1/2/21

Comments: This is the best shaky head worm in my opinion and t's not really close. It stands straight up. Started fishing this last Summer, 2018 and caught more fish than anything else i fished the remainder of the year. If I'm fishing a straight tail worm on a Texas rig, I prefer a Googan Baits Slim shake worm, but the Wiggler is the best for shaky heads and Neko rigs.

Comments: Grande Airtail is a tail-wavin, high-floating bass callin bait that plays the tune bass will follow all the way into the boat. I have been pulling in pre-spawn and spawning bass on a 4/0 finesse Trokar hook, 1/8 oz. bullet, and junebug color. A true trick and floating worm in one.

From: Ed: Champaign, IL 5/5/18

Comments: I live on a very pressured pond that's about 30 acres and it was so hard for me to catch any fish so one day I got the idea to throw a weightless one of these in the ballistic bluegill color and I just wore them out, I will definitely be trying these at my next tournament

From: Harrison: Van, TX 5/3/18

Comments: Ever hear of the "chicken rig"?  Videos are available on the internet.  This is the absolute best bait to use with this technique.  There's not even a close second.

From: Mike - Aurora, 12/14/17

Comments: The best.  Sour tomato air tail wigglers have put over $1,000 in tournament winnings in my livewells  already.  I'm hooked on these.  If I'm out of airtails, I'm probably staying home.

From: Jarrod: Austin Texas 11/8/17

Comments: This bait is so versatile, I have used it and caught fish on several applications i.e. Texas Rig, Carolina Rig, Drop Shot, and Shaky Head.  Every time you move it that tail will rise up, and then just hang on.  I can't imagine using another trick style worm.

From: JR: Austin 8/26/17

Comments: I was fishing my local pond and decided to mix it up and throw this bait instead of a senko to show the fish something new. Weightless texas rig I caught a good amount of fish. Good bait.

From: Owen: Rochester, NY 8/22/17

Comments: Love to throw this on a light 1/8th oz Tx rig. Slow drag through the grass or around cover is $$$

From: Mike: Austin 8/9/17

Comments: Great worms. The bag they come in is a little too small so you'll prob have kinked baits, which suck. I put up with this though because they are rad.

From: Jay - 6/25/17

Comments: The tail really floats on this thing keeping your shakey head upright. Most baits will fall over on any shakey head. Check out the videos on youtube to see for yourself. I've been fishing this worm for the last month and I'm pretty confident on every cast that it will get eaten if there is fish there.

From: Jeremy: Texas 6/16/17

Comments: These dont work so well on texas rig but on a shaky head they are deadly...fish after fish...try em out you will love em.

From: Will: Florida 5/3/17

From: Will: Florida 5/3/17

Comments: Great worm, packed with garlic scent. Tail floats up great and it's fairly tough. Definitely seems to get more bites especially in heavily pressured areas. My new go to shakey worm.

From: Ricky: Old Stump Crick, VA 3/19/17

Comments: Definitely a new go to soft plastic when the bite is tough and your spot is heavily pressured.  This new presentation is getting bit! Very versatile bait  been getting bit in places that were tough before.  Highly recommended..

From: Luke: Hitt 2/1/17

Comments: I've had really good success using GrandeBass airtail wigglers and rattlers on shakeyhead jigs.  They come in great colors and bass can't resist seeing that airtail waving seductively back and forth. Some of my buddies use the glass bead rattles but I opt for the silent approach.  Either works well, though.  Very durable and won't fall apart after the first fish.
