One of the most advanced crankbaits to hit the market in some time, the Jackall Aska 60 SR was painstakingly designed and fine-tuned over a 5-year period by legendary lure designer, Seiji Kato. Perfect for pressured conditions, it is a silent runner with a precisely engineered fiberglass (circuitboard) square bill that provides it with a unique vibration and incredible deflection capabilities. The Aska’s internal balancing weight also allows it to track correctly almost immediately after deflections, and helps keep it centered and snag-free as it moves through cover.

Its slender body gives it a fast wobbling and rolling action, and its belly hook keeper features reinforced edges to keep the belly hook pinned closer to the center for better hooking capabilities and fewer snags. Comments: These square bills really are on another level, awesome! I haven't gotten to fish mine yet cause all bass are spawning down here in south Georgia, but in a couple weeks these are going to be my main bait off some shallow points or right around beds as bass are starting to move off. First things I noticed is how detailed the color schemes and little things are right down to the split rings. Colors that TW shows in the pictures are 100% spot on to how they look in real life, or at least the bb/chart, purp/chart, brnz/grn shad, craw and super craw look exactly like they do in the pictures. I ordered one 50 size and thank god that's it, cause they are TINY, from now on I'm sticking to the 60 and 70 size cause those are the money sizes! Great job Jackall, can't wait to see what's next!

Comments: Finally finally finally got my Askas, after a couple of squad minnows I've been really yearning to try Jackall's square bills. I have yet to catch a fish on my bb/chart or my purp/chart yet but they have real nice action, but it's a heart stopper every single time I get it hung up..so far I've been able to let out the biggest sigh of relief after every hangup!(knock on wood) Great baits, can't wait to order more, plan to have multiples of every color eventually!

Comments: Always loved jackall's lineup of hardbaits and this is another good product by jackall. As with all jackall baits, these come equipped with owner st36 trebles which are premium hooks. Only wish they made this in a rattlin model and with a weight transfer system for better casting. Until they do, my top squarebills are the lucky craft rc lineup (now replaced with lc lineup). The aska is not a bad bait and makes a good alternative bait for sweeping shallow water.
