Designed for anglers who love throwing big baits for big bass, the ultra realistic Jerry Rago Dirty Rat isn’t for the faint of heart.  Hard to believe its not a real rat when you catch a glimpse of it swimming, its an updated version of the popular Sewer Rat. Its single-jointed construction and strategically positioned diving bill combine to produce a more lifelike and natural swimming motion - allowing it to rock back-and-forth as it moves through the water.  Perfect for waking along the surface, if you crank the Dirty Rat fast enough its diving bill will also allow it to swim about a foot under the water.  Proven to attract big bass from coast-to-coast or on any waterway with a healthy rodent population, each Dirty Rat is also equipped with super sharp premium Owner treble hooks to ensure quality hooksets.  Extremely detailed and realistic, the Jerry Rago Dirty rat is available in several colors to help you land that trophy bass of a lifetime.

Comments: This bait (imo) is not worth the money at all. Poor craftsmanship and mine didn't even swim right. It just rolls when retrieved and lays on its side. I have tried numerous times to contact the maker thru his site and can't even get a response. It's been months. Jerry Rago's service is the worst and I feel like I better warn the public.

Comments: It IS a big lure, but it'll catch all sizes of fish.  Believe it or not, I've caught bass under 2 pounds on the Rago Sewer Rat; which is the same size with only ONE HOOK!  This bait catches big and small fish.  What I like about it is that it does have two hooks and the bait walks the dog REALLY WELL.  Try it!  Walks side to side just like a walking bait and the waking action is totally different from the other rats I've used.  I've always felt that Jerry's rats are the best; and the Dirty Rat is just that.

Comments: This is without a doubt a big lure, but I can't wait to see a musky or a northern pike slam it!!! Tested it out and man does it swim good. Around where I fish there's always muskrats and small beaver swimming around, so hopefully this bait is on the menu!! Great lure!!
