The Jerry Rago Top Hook BV 3D Swimbait is the top hook version of the bait Byron Velvick used in route to his wire-to-wire victory at the 2010 Bassmaster Elites Golden State Shoot Out on Clear Lake, California. Responsible for nearly all of his weighed-in fish, including his 10-lb bruiser on Day 1, Velvick used the BV 3D to maintain a substantial lead over the rest of the field. Jerry Rago designed this bait especially for Velvick and Skeet Reese for Clear Lake, and Velvick provided key input, as well as, his name to the bait (BV-Byron Velvick). Featuring incredible detail compared to most other swimbaits, it's a 3D swimbait in a previously 2D world. Equipped with a super sharp Owner hook, it also has a belly hook eye for an additional treble.
