Comments: Bought this prop model 853 for my Minn Kota Traxxis. At first the prop worked great but after about 8 trips my reverse stopped working. Brought it to get repaired and found out the shake from the prop screwed up the micros in the head unit and it costed me 155$ to get it fixed. I also noticed later that the prop they sent me didnt fit properly. When you tighten the bolt as far as it will go the prop still slides slightly up and down. My buddy has this prop and didnt have any problems and it fit his motor correctly but beware and make sure the prop fits.

Comments: After noticing my Minn Kota Fortrex 80 didn't perform well during a 35-40 mph wind tournament day...I decided to purchase this replacement prop hoping it will perform well on a windy day. After a quick change of the prop...literally took only 5-10 minutes...went out to a local lake. It happened to be a windy day...25-35 mph. The prop performed well when the winds were calm but there was no difference when winds picked up and blew 25-35 mph gusts. My boat kept moving backwards even at 100% thrust. I guess I will need to upgrade my trolling motor to a 36 volt with 100+lb of thrust. I think I will switch back to the original weedless...

Comments: Dramatic difference over Minn Kota Prop's! I have a Minn Kota maxxum 80 pound thrust.Put this prop on and DRAMATIC improvement in thrust and power.Feel's like a whole different motor now.I haven't tried it out in the grass yet. But I still think this prop with be killer in that as well.

Comments: I have a 55lb thrust Minn Kota Edge on an 18.5ft hydrasports bass boat.. yes i know thats too small. before I added this prop I was always dissapointed with my trolling motor. now with this prop I can't tell a difference between my 55 and my friends 70lb 24 volt on the same size boat. This prop is amazin

Comments: Do yourself a favor a try one! Major difference in torque and battery drain from MK prop. More durable too. I am very pleased with the upgrade.
