Comments:Absolutely love this rod, I have the 7'2" Medium, I use it for pitching t-rigged plastics. Incredibly light and sensitive, also it balances perfectly with my 2009 Revo Premier. It has the tip to cast accurately and the backbone to bring in the big ones. I really like the shorter handle length as well as the carbon fiber. If they had more rods in this line, I would absolutely pick up more.

  • Finally an American-made series of rods that can compete with the features, performance and price-point of imported fishing rods, the Lamiglas Excel Bass Series Casting Rods give anglers a renewed pride in owning American-made fishing rods.
  • These are the rods that every bass angler should have on deck. Currently taking the Northern California tournament circuit by storm, this great line of rods from Lamiglas combines an unbelievably thin diameter with a strength that you won't find in many other rods. Check 'em out!
  • Lamiglas agreed with pro Gerald Beck and decided to keep around their fiberglass line when all the other companies went to the light graphites. Beck knew the importance of fiberglass rods - slow action for throwing crankbaits, ripbaits, and spinnerbaits.
