Designed by Elite Series Pro Kevin Langill, the Langill Lures Hover Trap Lipless Crankbait features three different models (floating - slow sink - fast sink), which allows you to fish the Hover Trap at controlled depths and still use various retrieve speeds. Tungsten weights were added to give off a distinctive sound that alerts the fish long before they can actually see the lure, and each model also features a unique pregnant belly that puts off an action unique to any other lipless crank. Durably constructed with long-lasting hardware, the Langill Lures Hover Trap is available in a variety of proven colors.
Floating Model: Dives to 4-feet when retrieved slowly - then floats its way up to the surface. This model was designed for fishing shallow water flats or weedlines at slow speeds, and it’s also great for topwater waking.
Slow Sink Model: Dives 4 to 6-feet deep and keeps the bait in the strike zone longer. The slower the retrieve, the deeper the bait will go. On the pause, this model will hover in the fish’s face - triggering a natural reaction that causes the fish to strike.
Fast Sink Model: Designed to cover more water at a faster speed.

Comments: It is a well made bait with strong hooks. Haven't set the hook on a fish yet but looking forward to using this bait in the Ct. River. I think this bait will do well there!

Comments: these are great,they have a nice long body and in the gut area its nice n fat like it has been feeding.but the fat belly also allows for the rattles to move more so its alot louder then your reg. lipless rattle trap.this thing is pretty loud.i like the floating model for early morn. and night fishing.and the slow sink for structure.all n all this is a really excellent lipless bait,def. top drawer tackle box material.

Comments: This is by far the best fish catching lipless bait i have used, and i own them all. Has a unique wobble and i believe a totally different sound that just triggers more strikes.
