Lew's David Fritts Palmer Crank Speed Stick Casting Rod - $99.99 to $109.99
The name of the game when you are chucking and winding all day is reducing fatigue. We’ve all had the dreaded “claw hand” and a sore back and arms after long days on the water. That's exactly why Lew’s teamed up with renowned crankbait master and long-time professional bass angler, David Fritts, to design the new Lew's David Fritts Crankbait Palmer Speed Stick Casting Rods.
Incredibly lightweight, the premium carbon fiber composite graphite blanks fish like glass blanks only they are lighter in weight. They offer the parabolic actions you need to get the most out of your crankbaits, and keep those tiny treble hooks pinned during the fight. Lew’s and Fritts also equipped each rod with a bulkier, wider diameter handle, which he found greatly reduces strain on your hands over the course of the day. He also moved the trigger down the handle so you could fit all four fingers above the trigger, helping you avoid blisters as well.
Rugged, gun smoke, stainless steel frames with stainless steel inserts deliver incredible durability as well, and help facilitate greater casting distance. Lightweight Lew’s exclusive palm support reel seats also help further reduce arm and hand fatigue. If you like fishing crankbaits, why not pick up a rod designed by one of the best in the business - the Lew's David Fritts Crankbait Speed Stick Palmer Casting Rods.

Comments: Love this rod. Cast and handles effortlessly. I didn't like the fact that there was no hook keeper until I found out that it's in the trigger. Another great product from Lews!!

Comments: These rods weird me out. When I first saw one, I was like "whoa, that thing is gonna weigh a ton, son!"...the blank down by the handle is VERY round. Like an old glass rod. But I picked it up and waved it around like a light sabre wielding jedi-master, and it was very light. So if you are cool with a rod with a very big base, these will work. I myself, prefer a thinner stick for cranks.

Comments: I bought the 7' MH to fish larger square bills. I'm super pleased. Casts well and feels good in the hands. Handled a 8lb5ozer with not problem. Glad I took a chance on this rod. No hook keeper though.

Comments: Man! This rod is Bangin!!!!! The recessed trigger is perfect for the way I palm my reel. The blank is beefy and lightweight. Handles fish nicely. Fishes almost like a glass rod. I will buy more. Another thumbs up for Lews.
