Comments: I haven't used a Camera in a while. My last unit was a black and white model that was very heavy and difficult to handle. I saw this model and decided to purchase. I was very excited to receive it and as soon as it arrived, I wanted to take it out of the box and check it out. After reading a poorly written instruction manual I connected everything and tried to turn the unit on. Problem was it would not work! No picture, only a blue screen with the word AV1 displayed. The nest day, I called Marcum customer service to get help. Turns out from where I work to there building is, is only a short distance. They were kind enough to let me come over and wait while they resolved the issue. They did fix and the unit does work fine now, but I was told this unit is no longer being made. They are coming out with another that has more options and displays. If I would have know this, I would have waited to buy. $525 is not a cheap purchase.
