The Mattlures Yellow Perch Hard Swimbaits were designed and created by Matt Servant, a devoted angler who has been catching trophy fish for years on his own handmade lures in the highly pressured waters of Southern California. Eventually, he began selling his lures and over 15 years later, Matt Servant continues to expand and refine Mattlures' offering of premium baits. An accomplished taxidermist as well, he incorporates his extensive knowledge and expertise in taxidermy with his lure building experience and fishing passion to create lures of unparalleled realism and quality.

Thanks to their durable double-jointed construction, the Mattlures Yellow Perch Hard Swimbaits swim in a life-like, fluid motion even at ultra-fast or slow retrieves. Each bait is also hand painted with as many as 23 layers of premium grade paint, yielding a detailed, taxidermy quality finish that will fool even the most wary lunkers. Every lure is then finished off with a very durable and glossy clear coat that brings out all of the colors and pearls of the paint. Available in three different sink rates to attack the entire water column, the Mattlures Yellow Perch Hard Swimbaits have been proven to catch some of the most finicky trophy bass.
