Customer Reviews

Comments: I have a 36V 105lb thrust TM that is new -5 months old and only used about 6 times. It quit several times and cut fishing trips short costing me time and money. Certified Motorguide repair shop found that it has water in it. They have said that it needs several replacement parts which are under warranty but it will cost me another 2 weeks of fishing time. I don't feel a NEW trolling motor should have to be fixed. Dealer won't replace it and says it's Motorguide responsibility and Motorguide won't replace it, The customer service person says that seal damage or repair is not uncommon sometimes EVEN in the first few trips. Be aware that you are really out of luck if it goes down, even if new.
