Comments: Took mine out for a test drive the other day. Casts well, and has a very adjustable breaking system. Smooth and quiet. So far, I am happy with it. Super fast 7.3:1 really picks up line quick.

Comments: For the discounted price you can't beat this deal. From my standpoint this reel is a lot of bang for a few bucks. The dual cast control i believe will perform flawlessly once i get to use it this spring. So far what i can tell is that it is a very smooth reel. I plan on using this for texas-rig soft plastics of all different weights. And with this paired up with a 7'2" Gander GSX Elite II MH XF rod, its a lethal combo! Can't wait to hit the open water!! Its also small and light enough, feels good in you hand.

Comments: I have fished with spinning reels exclusively, but decided to try a baitcaster after hearing from friends that "its the only way to go" put down the spinning rods and get a baitcaster! I decided to try the Okuma Alumina because of the great price. I matched it with an Okuma EVO rod I also found on sale locally and love the feel of the outfit. The reel feels like quality and is very smooth. I haven't fish with it yet, but look forward to using it this spring.  Also purchased a Quantum PT and will compare the two soon.

Comments:  This reel is awesome!!! I struggled at first with it but that's almost all new reels. I have been using bait-casters for a good 6 years and this one is definitely the best I have bought. I for $50 you can't beat it. The minute adjustment capability of the brakes is awesome I can really fine tune it to the point where I don't even thumb it. It casts all kinds of bait even light ones with the perfect cast.
