Okuma was looking to develop a tournament caliber spinning rod series and the C3 Carbon Cone Concept Spinning Rods were the answer. In addition to looking sleek and styled, the high-modulus 40-ton graphite construction provides enhanced sensitivity and strength while remaining extremely lightweight. Quality components were essential in Okuma's eyes, so they made sure to include Titanium Guide Frames with Zirconium Inserts for durability and additional sensitivity.

One of the first things you will notice when you pick up an Okuma C3 Rod is how light it is. Okuma took many steps to reduce the rods overall weight, such as adding a Split Grip Butt Section and including Fuji Reel Seats that have been modified and ported to further limit weight. The most unique feature of these rods though are the 100% carbon grips with an Okuma exclusive finish that actually increases your grip – feeling slightly tacky to the touch. Designed to be the lightest and most sensitive spinning rods from Okuma, the C3 Spinning Rods will not disappoint.

Comments: The rod is nicely sensitive for the money you pay.  Great Limited Lifetime Warranty!!! The guide frame is some cheapy Titanium. Breaks easily!! Good thing for Lifetime Warranty!
