Overview
Designed for fishing in and around heavy cover, the Omega Flipping Jig Head provides the base around which you can create your own perfect flipping jig. Made with a super strong 5/0 Mustad Ultra Point Flippin' Hook, this jig dishes out solid hooksets and provides the strength to pull large fish out of the thick stuff. The Flipping Jig Head's flat face design makes it easy to skip under docks, brush and other cover, while also allowing it to stand up on the bottom at a 45-degree angle (imitating the defensive position of a crawfish). Customize the Omega Flipping Jig Heads with the perfect skirt and trailer to match your desired presentation.

Comments: Really great head. I just started assembling my own jigs instead of buying them and I like these heads a lot. Pair these with a Dirty Jigs skirt and you're in business. If you need other head styles, the BOSS jig heads are also the real deal. But for this style head I don't think there's a better one out there than the Omega.

Comments: Tie my own jigs with these heads and they work great. Catch bass easily with the really sharp hooks. Use 15lb fluorocarbon and it doesn't take much force to drive the hook home. Excellent jig.

Comments: this is the only flippin jig head ive found that wont bend. Others bend very easy for me. That being said I use 50lb braid and fish heavy cover. I have the same issue with hooks, so im pretty hard on em. This jig head is a little heavy, but it makes a good profile and hooks em good. Worth the money to me
