Overview

The Plano 3620 has a perfect amount of storage for different hardbaits, softbaits, and terminal tackle. The Pro Latch Utility Box comes with 20 dividers to create anywhere from 4-24 separate storage areas. The Plano 3620 Utility box features fixed dividers that run along the long axis to enable you to fit longer accessories than the standard 3600 tackle box. This box features the Pro Latch, which means the latch is not molded with the box so it won't break off like the original design. This box will fit any tackle storage system that utilizes the original Plano 3600 tackle box.

Dimensions: 11" x 7.25" x 1.75"

Comments: Don't like this "updated" version compared to the old 3620.  Maybe it has a better latch, but the new latches AND the indented "side grip" significantly carve out what used to be usable space in the 1st of four horizontal rows.  I bet there is 30-35% less usable area with these "upgrades" protruding into the first row.  Guess I need to go look on eBay to see if the old 3620 style is still around.

Comments: I love this for a terminal tackle box. My only real issue with it is that they don't give you nearly enough dividers. I wish they would do like Bass Mafia and give you enough dividers to make every single compartment. Been trying to get a hold of Plano to get more, but I guess no one answers the phones.

Comments: These boxes are just the ticket if you are either a kayak fisherman or walk the bank with a backpack tackle bag.  Pretty much anything larger is TOO large and anything smaller won't work for longer stick or jerk baits.  For smaller items you can use the (20) dividers to section the space off.
I've used the Plano boxes for years and they stand up to hard use.  I've still got boxes in use that are probably 20 years old, maybe older.  I'm replacing some of them because they are so scratched up it's difficult to see what's inside, but other than that, they're still good to go.

Comments: These cases are tough to get locate and all I have to to say is every case has a purpose. with these if you like scent markers, alabama rigs, jerkbaits, small cranks, small jigs or terminal tackle they a worth the money. I will be purcashing 7 to had to the other 3 i have and use them not only as filler boxes in those tight spots of my bags but just so i can fit more oraganized wise. some guys look the 3600s so they can load them up and have less. honestly if your a guy that wants to grab a pointer 100 vs pointer 95 its nice splitting them up. do they benefit completely; no. a deep diver pointer you may be able to get half the amount in them but regardless they are good boxes and i hate theyre tough to fine. tacklewarehouse service and website stock has never disappointed me and i will always be a support of this site. do yourself a favor; ask yourself are you the boater/nonboater that knows what they want and wants to get to it quick or the guy that rather fumble through a bunch of baits hooked up with each other in the box. thanks TW
