The all new Quantum EXO Tour PT Casting Rods feature Quantum’s new EX5 graphite construction, making the EXO’s even lighter and more sensitive than ever before. Quantum’s advanced EX5 resin technology allowed Quantum's engineers to produce thinner blanks which provide heightened sensitivity and significant weight savings, while still maintaining incredible durability and power. Advanced Fuji KT Micro Guides with SiC inserts also help with the weight savings, while delivering improved casting distance and accuracy. The KT Guides are also designed to help prevent braided lines from wrapping around the frames for fewer line management issues. Premium Fuji SK2 reel seats provide direct access to the rod blank for increased sensitivity transfer, and lightweight EVA split grip handles help balance out each rod perfectly for less fatigue.  Weighing in at just 2.9oz-3.7oz, the Quantum EXO Tour PT Casting Rods are lightweight, advanced, powerful, and better than ever.

Comments: I've had the 7'2 MH for a year now. I love this rod. Insanely light and casts the smallest plastics like a bullet with no effort. Paired it with the new Chronarch  and is the lightest combo I have ever picked up. A twig is probably heavier. Caught a few 3-4 lb large and smallmouth on it and I love the action how it plays the fish, decent backbone for as lite as it is. I use it for mainly plastics weighted and even no weights.

Comments: Quantum has the best customer service. I got 7ft 2inch rod from tackle warehouse & fished with it a couple times. I noticed it was twisted at the end & one of the guides was bent after I had used it the two times. I called and they said send it in. Within 7 days I had a new one at my door with no charge. This one was straight and perfect. Lightest rod I have and I like it more than my Megabass rod. It is super sensitive. Caught my first bedding fish of the year with it and it worked great. Highly recommend Quantum.
