Overview
Proven time-and-time-again to produce, the Rebel Jumpin' Minnow delivers a strong gliding action that moves across and just below the surface to trigger vicious strikes. Built with a slender, tapered profile, the Rebel Jumpin' Minnow skims along the surface like a baitfish fleeing from predators, and its distinctive rattle creates a call that beckons fish from far away.
Featuring a precise weighting, the Rebel Jumpin' Minnow casts like a bullet and ranks among the easiest to work of all walking baits. Simply pop your rod tip with the line slightly slack. Each short jerk will make the bait dart to the opposite side and in no time you'll have it walking. Incredibly effective around schooling fish, the Rebel Jumpin' Minnow delivers time-tested performance that will have your livewell overflowing.

Comments: This is a standard plug on every guide boat in New England for Striped Bass. It is always one of the first baits out and one of the most productive. It catches regardless if in the hands of an experienced angler who can walk it or a beginner who just cranks it. It flat out fishes. Regardless if the fish are super turned on and eating the props off or super turned off this is the one bait they will always eat. It is a well held secret amongst the best saltwater striper guides that this is the one bait that regardless of the situation they will always eat. I am writing this so that you freshwater guys might find an advantage in all of your tourneys knowing this. This is one of the best baits ever made, period.

Comments: great value. walks fairly easy. the small profile makes it easy for fish to miss and you might want to replace hooks. they are basic eagle claw hooks and are fairly small, but it has a good one knocker sound and calls up plenty of fish. I recommend this one

Comments: Get the 3.5, change to [VMC Barbarian] hooks and fish it slow like a frog. There is just something about this lure that catches em. Hold your tip down and you can walk the dog just under the surface. This lure casts very well and is extremely easy to walk. Buy a couple and try them.

Comments: If you are looking for a good smallmouth lure, look no further. The smallmouth where crushing this lure when i was fishing on the st.croix and namekagon. 2 of my friends bought these really expensive sebille walking baits and i cheaped out and bought this thing & i outfished both of them. Which goes to show that you dont have to buy expensive stuff to catch fish. The lure is very easy to cast, i can cast it a mile, bass cant handle it, my go to topwater bait for smallmouth

Comments: Talk about a surprise fish catching lure. I saw a few videos touting this lure for striped bass. Figured I would try it. Changed out the hooks and went to the delta. All I can say is WOW. The striped bass crushed these things, subsurface hits were hard and fun to get. If ya don't have one you should get em quick.
