The Roman Made Mother Custom Swimbait features the same beautifully crafted design as the bait Manabu Kurita used to catch the previous Lake Biwa record bass prior to catching his world record tying monster - except it also comes equipped with a double top hook stinger rig. The two super sharp Owner hooks fit into slots carved out of the top of the bait, and are tied to the forward line tie. This provides added weedless capabilities, so you can slowly bump the bait along the bottom, and it also improves your landing percentage because the hooks detach from the bait once a fish is hooked. This means the bass can’t use the bait to pry themselves free, and since it is tied to the line tie, it also forms a direct line with your main line for maximum fish fighting leverage. Extremely difficult to find in the US, each Roman Made bait is a work-of-art - handmade and hand-tuned one-by-one near Lake Biwa in Japan. Beautifully crafted with exquisite detailing, the Roman Made Mother Custom Swimbait takes big bait fishing to a whole new level of refinement.

Comments: This bait really is amazing. It calls up fish like no other swimbait i've thrown, and I've thrown most of them. You're gonna need a stout rod. I was using a loomis 957C GL2 but decided to step up to a dobyns 908. Only downside is the picture is inaccurate. The bait does not come with bottom hook hangers and shown. Either way, still an awesome bait.

Comments: This bait "rides" !!!! I thought I could throw it on my swimbait rod, found out short order...not happening bro ! Ocean custom. Bait is a cool weedless design. I like the JDM swim motion. Now just some big fish !!!
