Comments: I have the 7' 11" Hvy. I got this after loving my Cumara Crankbait models. This one doesn't disappoint. It has tremendous backbone while remaining light, and has that handle that feels just-so-perfect. I've also used it as a frog/toad rod and for Carolina rigs. It makes a really great Carolina rig rod, because its long enough to still allow casting with that long leader, and delivers outstanding bottom feel and strike detection. Nice job Shimano!

Comments: I am a big Cumara fan, so I go the new flipping stick. It has held up great after about 9 months. Caught some great fish on it this year so far. It is a little tip heavy and took a little while to adjust to, but overall a great buy.

Comments: The new cumara 7'11 xhvy isn't bad at all. Beware tho, this beast of a rod is designed for punching big weights, 3/4 ounce is as light as I would go. It should also double nicely as an A-rig stick.

Comments: Guess i will kick this off. WOW, thats all that comes to mind when thinking of a way to describe the new line of Cumaras! I got the 7' 11" H/XF and it feels way lignter than my crucial 7' 7" MH/Xf! It is a bit too stiff for punching but still a great flippin stick. I will be selling my crucials to buy these.
