No butt cap, no aluminum appearance parts, no paint on the top section of the blank, etc., even the Cumulus name was etched into the EVA grip instead of painted onto the rod blank. Comments: Out of my 30 plus rods I must say this was a great choice. It has truly spoiled me teamed up with Shimano Core 50 and sunline shooters 10lb fluro or Toray 20lb finnesse braid, this rod will make your next bass fishing trip a memory. This rod doesn't have a good backbone.
