Comments: Bought 2 rods, not impressed at all! The peice of the Handel that screws to seat the reel Broke on both rods today my second time to use them! Bring them back tomorrow for the money think shimano should put out a better product!!

Comments: well i just bvought this rod a month ago and im not very impressed. The tip ring broke and i had to replace the tip after fishing with it one time so that was a pain. I went to Bass Pro shops and i replaced my tip and i decided to take it out today and try it out. well after two casts the rod litterally snapped three guides down from the tip. This really upset me because Im only 15 years old and dont have tons of money. Ive always been very careful with my equipment and no rod should snap by merely casting it. Maybe i got a bad model or something but i am not very happy with this purchase. I have the 7'6 med heavy model. I only used this rod 2 times before it broke and i didnt even have it for one month...

Comments: This rod is probley one of the best for the money i have used it 3 times sence i bought an it has amazing sencitvity i riped out a 5 pounder out of the water like nothing i have the 7-2 med hvy an i like it with my okuma cirtix i give it a five so far only had it for 5 day

Comments: Since there was no reviews I thought I would post this. This size/action is technique specific for spinnerbaits and has logo etched into the butt plate. As far as quality it seems to be well enough made and casts pretty decent on my new Curado
Although it has a fast tip, it is not as sensitive as the Bass Pro shops IM8 med I am replacing. However, it is sensitive enough to feel the spinner blade and know whether or not the bait is running true. and for 50$ its a decent enough so that I won't be hurting if I break it. I like the reel seat as it doesn't have much play in it (like my similarly priced Shimano rod... the volteus). At this price point, I would recommend the sellus series or the Daiwa aird or for an little more the Daiwa T rods.
