Comments: This is probably one of the best spinning reels I have ever owned. It's so smooth and handles amazing I have a few high priced reels and this one handles just as smooth as the rest of them. If your on the fence about this and the stradic ci4 and don't want to spend a whole lot this real is perfect a friend of mine has a ci4 and there's no difference. I love throwing small soft plastic jerk baits, grubs, wacky senkos, and small crankbaits are perfect for this rod. The easy access oil port makes maintaining this reel a breeze. Good luck and tight lines.

Comments: Best spinning reel I have ever owned.  I now have a couple of them.  Once I bought one, I could not stand the feel of the other reels I owned.  Used for drop shotting and fishing tubes for smallmouth in Lake St. Clair/Erie and surrounding rivers.  Pair mine with Berkley Nanofil, and could not be happier.

Comments: Smooooth i wanted to get a sustain for drop shotting but for 329.00 was a big jump from the stradic. I went for the sustain and long story short ended up taking it back and going with two stradic's instead of one sustain, now i can have a set up for drop shots and shakey heads. nothing against the sustain the two reels are just that similar is just about everything but price.

Comments: Awesome reel, It has performed flawlessly since I bought. I have made countless casts and retrievs and it feel like new. Also one of the comments has doesn not hace aluminum side plate. It is aluminum on one side and not the other. It is plenty strong for me and I really use this reel a lot.

Comments: This reel has X-Ship which was most looked upon when coming out. The Sustain also has it, but the Sustain costing close to $400.00 compared to this Stradic costing almost half of the Sustain, I think this is the reel to have!
