The St. Croix Mojo Bass Rods feature some of the finest materials and construction in the business, in a very affordable package. These technique-specific rods feature the brand new SCII graphite material, a mid-modulus graphite fiber with a higher strain rate than fibers commonly used by others rod manufacturers. This is St. Croix's most popular material that produces rods that are highly sensitive, lightweight and durable.

The Mojo Bass rods feature high quality components like Batson Forecast hard aluminum-oxide guides with double-plated black chrome frames, Fuji DPS reel seat, premium cork handles, and two coats of Flex Coat slow-cure finish.

Comments: got the 7'1" medium rod, great rod, soft tip great for drop shots or plastics. Only problem I had is the rod blank had a little bend to it strait out of the box which doesn't really matter because all rods will bend a little over time

Comments: Got the Drop Shot model (MBS69MLXF) about 6 months ago. Using mainly with shaky heads for spotted bass. Love it. Great sensitivity. Enough of a backbone to get a good hook set, fast tip gives enough while playing fish. Using it with an Abu Garcia Orra S30, 8 lb flouro. Light enough and balanced enough to use all day. I also have two St. Croix Mojo Bass casting rods (one glass and one graphite). Have been very happy with all three. Planning to pick up a 7 ft medium Mojo Bass spinning soon

Comments: This is my first Mojo spinning rod and let me say I am very impressed. I purchased the 7'0" medium tubegrub rod to be a versitle rod for drop shoting as well. It's light weight and well balanced paired with a Abu Orra S30.  Best Fishes!

Comments: I have had the 6' 8" wacky style rod for about a year or two now and all I can say is WOW! This is easily one of my favorite rods. I use it for throwing wacky rigs, Texas rigs, and drop shot and it performs amazingly. I will definitely be buying more.

Comments: I have the 7' MF. I use it for dropshot in deep (30-50ft) shakey head and small grubs. Works great, power is great, sturdy rod. Not especially sensitive- but for the money I feel like I got a great deal.

Comments: I have the 6'8" medium and the 7' medium. Both rods are very durable! I have 4 Mojo bass rods and they're some of the toughest rods out there. Not the most sensitive rods in the world but they get the job done and you can't beat them for the money!

From: Kevin: TN

Comments: I just recieved the 6'8" wacky style rod in the mail. I noticed it was a little short and really stiff so i decided to measure it. IT WAS ONLY 6'4"!! it is almost as if they tapered it like a 6'8" but then cut it off and through on a tip guide. im going to send it back to tackle warehouse and hopefully I just got a flaw in the bunch and the next one will be ok.

Comments: What a great rod! For the price, you can't go wrong. Bought the 7' MED for plastics and paired it with my Okuma Trio and I couldn't be happier. Super sensitive, but also super strong. Nothing but the best from St. Croix!

From: Mike: IL

Comments: i have the "wacky style" model and it is great for tube fishing for river smallmouth. i am very pleased with its performance. it is sensative and has a lot of backbone. my rod is also starting to chip behind the reel seat. otherwise it is a great rod.

From: Adam: Bristol, TN

Comments: I have the 7 foot medium action rod. I used it for yellowtail fishing in the florida keys then as a tube rod back home in Maryland for smallmouth bass. The rod performed great but the glass is starting to chip off below the reel seat where it says what the rods used for. Maybe want to check out the Premiers. Only about $20 more from st.croix

Comments: I have the 6'8" medium. Have been fishing it for one year now. Good rod for the money, a little tip heavy , otherwise a good rod. I am famously hard on equipment , and this rod has withstood the abuse so far landing largies to 7lbs and smallies to 6lbs.

From: Jason: Pacific Northwest

Comments: I picked up the 6'8" Medium rod and have fished with it for about a month now. This rod is top notch along side others in this price range. I use it mostly for throwing my trademark shakey head and it has great touch to feel those soft strikes. Throw a florocarbon line on it and you are ready to go.

Comments: I have two of these rods.  Both are spinning rods.  One is the Wackey and the other is the Power Spin.  All I have to say is WOW!  I had the Power Spin one snap on me towards the top.  Sent it to St. Croix on a Thursday, and by Wednesday next week I had a brand new rod at my door step.  The customer service St. Croix has is outstanding.  I was blown away on how fast they sent me another one.  For 100 bucks and a 5 year warrenty...  You can not go wrong.  I would recommend St. Croix to anyone, not only because of the quality of their rods, but the customer service is fantastic. THANK YOU ST. CROIX

Comments: I got the 6'9 ML for mainly dropshot and weightless soft plastics. Great rod for the money, paired with a Quantum Catylst. Have heard they break easily (has a 5 year warranty, not to sure about it though) if you bang the tips, but I have banged this rod around quite a bit and it hasn't broken. In the recent years, it seems as if St. Croix has gone down in quality, but there still my favorite brand!

Comments: I have the 6ft 10'' shakey head model . it has perfect action for shakey heads ,grubs , doesnt have the best balance , or wieght ,  but a great rod. Would like to see it in a longer version although.

Comments: all i have t say is wow!great rod got the 7 ft medium perfect for tubes and senkos and to pair it up a shimono sedona {witch is also sick}perfect setup! good jod st coix!

Comments: bought a couple of these right on!there sick be carefull though theyll break if u bang the tips on them but otherwise there good rods

Comments: I bought the 6'9" drop shot rod. It is verly light and super sensitive.  I put the Sunline Snip fluocarbon in 8lb test on  to a Daiwa Tierra 2000. This setup is awesome for drop shotting.  You can feel the slightest taps on your line, and the combo balances perfectly in my hand. Great rod and I would recomend it to anyone looking for a DS rod.

From: Ed: Jackson, NJ

Comments: I got the 6'8" medium extra fast. " Wacky style". It's super light and very sensitive. I paired it with a shimano stradic ci4 2500F. They look great together and the whole combo is around 11 ounces.
