Comments: St. Croix makes some of the nicest rods on the market today. With that said, I really like the price point of the Mojo line. I own 2 of the casting rods and I owned 1 of the spinning rods. 1 of the casting rods is the 'Target Crankster' 6'10" Glass rod. I love throwing squarebills on this rod! I feel everything and its soft enough that it absorbs a lot of the rebound shock without losing too much backbone. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a cranking rod that isn't going to break the bank, get one of these mojo bass glass cranking rods, you won't regret it!

Comments: I've owned this rod for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier if your a budget fisherman like myself and want to get a good quality product with a affordable price range look no further the loadout feels amazing and I love the way it moves with fish to keep those tiny treble hooks pinned in the sensitivity feels great and have it paired up with a lews tournament pro I have the 6'10 target cranker for my sqaurebill and rattle traps couldnt be any happier without a doubt you'll enjoy this rod purchase as much as I did will be picking up more soon tightlines!

Comments: I have the 6/10 Target Cranker and used it for this first time this past weekend. I have to say I was very impressed. For a glass rod it is very light. I paired it with a Daiwa Lexa reel and 16 lb Seagar line and it was great for throwing a KVD 1.5 even into a stiff wind. It does lack a bit on the sensitivity if you are use to graphite rods like myself. I give it a big thumbs up and it is now my new small square bill rod.

Comments: I have the 7' 4" and let me just say this is by far the best crankbait rod I have ever used. First time I ever fished with it I caught a 9lb and 10.5 lb bass, the first time! It handled them with ease never once felt like it was going to break or anything. The guy who asked if they would fish square bills the 9 and 10 I caught were on square bills and that is what I mainly use on mine. I have it matched with the optimus XT and they work like they were made to go together. Extremely sensitive, I can feel the fish before I even start to set the hook. A little heavy, but it is a glass rod. For the money this is an awesome rod!

Comments: Great rods for the money. As an entry level tournament fisherman I am not looking to spend the money for higher end rods but feel like with these rods I'm getting that higher level quality at a lower end price. Plus you cant beat the St.Croix warranty! Have the 7'4" and love it, would like to add the new 6'10" to my arsenal.

Comments: I would like to be able to use squarebills and deep divers. Will the 7' 4" work for deep divers too?

Comments: Just got this rod in and it's better than I'd imagined! Light, sensitive and the color is really well balanced. Good buy for anybody that doesn't want to break the bank. Want to say thanks to TW for super fast shipping as well!

Comments: Amazing rod. Have the 7'4" Medium paired with the Abu Revo S. Doesn't wear me out when I'm trapping, casts a mile, and even being as soft as it is, I can still feel every tick of a crankbait. Got another one on my to-buy list for the winter. Highly recommended. Another money shot from St. Croix. Completely satisfied with their rods.

Comments: Awesome rods, I own both and have been very happy with them. I do hope they will make one a bit lighter for shallow square bills though.

Comments: I have been throwing 6xds,dd22s,and fat free shad with my big crankster and a curado. Awesome setup and an awesome price!

Comments: Purchased the 7'8" MH very happy with this purchase, has great sensitivity for a glass rod, good backbone as well. Perfect for Deep Divers and 3/4 oz lipless Will likely order the 7'4" cranking rod as well for 1/2 oz Lipless cranks
From: Eugene: Wheeling, IL
Comments: Purchased this as my first glass crankbait rod, and I hardly ever lose fish with this. I have thrown lipless crankbaits and squarebills on the 7'4'' and I couldn't ask for more. I own 5 Mojo Bass rods, and this one performs just as well as all of them. Plus, it has a 5 year warrranty!

Anyone who throws crankbaits knows it takes the right rod to really be effective. We want medium action rods that won't tear out hooks but not a noodle rod that can't set a hook or move a big bass. Many companies are forced to use fiberglass for their cranking rods because it is very difficult to design a 100% graphite rod that has the right action and power with out collapsing under pressure and shattering with a big fish on the line.
