Comments: I have been using strength original my whole life every rod I have has it on it it is by far the most durable and reliable line out there I have fished tournaments all over the south and I have used it in every situation u can think of I have caught 20lb sacks of fish multiple times on 14 and 17 lb as long as they make it that's all I will buy

Comments: The OG line. Anything OG has been around a long time and is certified BA. If you need blue mono, look no further fella, ya found him. That monster 2 pounder can take a left, right, and another left around the stump fields, and you will still get him in.

Comments: have tried many other monofilament lines out of curiosity.... but always come back to Stren mono. been using it since 1965.

Comments: I have 14Lb on a baitcaster as an all around setup and love the high viz above water and the incredible strength(pulled out several large snags by wrapping the stuff around my hands and steadily pulling-easily 20Lbs). with KVD line conditioner, the memory is not bad, but the line does stretch quite a bit, even for mono.

Comments: Some folks just gotta have the latest and greatest technology has to offer. But I am glad good old Stren original is still around. I can't fathom the number of fish that I have put in the boat using this line. It's like an old friend whom you could trust with your wife and kids. I'll be buying me two boxes just to take advantage of the five dollar mail-in rebate.
