Strike King Pro Model 4 5 & 6 Series Crankbaits
The Strike King Series 4 Crankbait is s medium-sized body with a wider wobble & an oversized bill to deflect off cover. Great for Mid-depth, heavy cover applications and dirty water.
The Strike King Series 5 Crankbait is a medium sized body with a medium wobble and medium buoyancy The Series 5 has a 2 degree diving plane to allow for lengthened casts and deeper depths. The "Go-To" crankbait for many Touring Pro's.
The Strike King Series 6 is a large deep diver with a zero degree diving plane. The Series 6 is designed to cast extreme distances. Systematic flat areas are incorporated to send out larger shockwaves, important at the depths to which this bait dives. Medium buoyancy.

Bass Elite Series Pro Mike Iaconelli used a Chartreuse/Blue Back Strike King Series 5 crankbiat to take fourth at Lake Guntersville in Alabama.
The Strike King Pro Model Series 6 Crankbait was one the baits KVD used to secure his fifth Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Angler of the Year at the Evan Williams Bourbon Trophy Triumph on the Alabama River in Montgomery, Ala. Kevin VanDam's two-day total of 30-06 was almost 8 pounds better than second-place Tommy Biffle, giving KVD the AOY title by a mere six points over Skeet Reese.
"One of my very best places was a super-shallow hard spot. That's where I caught them yesterday. I threw a Strike King Series 1 XS (crankbait) and Strike King Caffeine Shad (soft jerkbait). Today I fished the midriver with a Strike King Series 6 in sexy shad, and caught a couple on a Strike King 3 1/2-inch Shadilicious (swimbait) on a jighead." -Kevin VanDam (2009 BASS Elite Series Angler of the Year)

Comments: They are fantastic, most of them come tuned out of the box, and even if the bait isn't tuned it takes a few moments to tune it, no big deal, seriously. Fantastic for the money.

Comments: Been fishing SK Promodels for a long time. Probably buy 20-30 each season. Never once have I had one break, crack, chip, lose an eye, or need any significant tuning out of the box. I change the hooks and they are ready to catch em. I do indeed wear the bill out destroy the paint but that's fishing. Have no idea how/why there are bad reviews. They wear out but dont break and they are the gold standard of action.

Comments: Ordered 3 and they all needed to be tuned and the ring breaks if you adjust too many times. ='(

Comments: Really nice cranks for a cheap price. Killed spots the other day with the series 3. Best color by far is green gizzard shad. Best crank for the money
From: Will: AL
Comments: bought a green tomato and blue chartreuse in series 5 and after one fishing trip it crack on the top eye to the butt...it only take one mistake to never buy strike king crankbait

Comments: All I can say i Ca-Ching!!!! Don't listen to the haters. This thing has had us in the money 3 out fo 4 tourneys this year.

Comments: First cast a sunfish hits it and cracks the body. Next time I cast another one out and I hit if off some rocks then the bill brakes off. So I just switched to my lucky craft and caught a 6-pound bass right off the bass. These strike kings suck. Get a lucky craft!
Comments: When they run true they do catch fish and work bottom cover well, but not my favorite for getting through deep timber. Also about 1/5 are wildly out of tune - getting hung up effects the tuning of these baits more than others. Hard to beat the look of their shad patterns though.

Comments: Awesome cranks and a great value. Never have I had one that didn't run perfect out of the box and I've bought dozens of these baits, from the Series 1XS to the Series 6XD. Change the hooks, tie em on, you'll catch fish if there's fish in the area. Anybody who'd rather pay $15 for one Japanese crank when you can buy 3 of these is nuts.

Comments: These are my go-to crank. Have never had a problem with one running out of tune even after grinding it into rocks all day. Great bait. And catch tons of fish and bigguns.

Comments: These run fine. Use series 5 and 6 on Upper Chesapeake with no problems. Sexy Sunfish is my favorite.
From: Paul: Maryland, USA
Comments: These are the best crankbaits I have a lot of confidence in these baits the do need some tuning and if you beat it on rocks it will crack on under the lip but for the price you can't beat them I personally perfer strike king anyday over luckcraft
From: Jason: West Virginia, USA
Comments: By far the worst quality crankbait I have ever purchased. The crankbait was so far out of tune, it wouldn't even dive. Lure just ran sideways and cavitated every ten feet. This is the second of two that have run terrible. Spend the money and get a Lucky Craft, or even a Bomber would be much better. KVD must have the "special edition" ones, because these things are not worth purchasing.
From: Brad: New Braunfels, TX
Comments: Half of my series 6's sink like a rock after about 10 min of use. The other half need to be tuned. Only 1 in 4 run good out of the package. Buy a crankbait from a diff. company!

Comments:This bait will catch fish with no problem, it just needs the hooks changed.
