Swagger Tackle Co. Tungsten Flipping Weights are some of the best value tungsten weights available on the market. Made from 97% pure tungsten, they feature an insert-free design with a polished thru-hole to reduce line wear. Comments: Swagger tungsten has some of the best tungsten out there at a even better price. They are literally one of the cheapest tungsten companies out there but the quality is still second to none. I've been using swagger for over 2 years and have had absolutely zero issues with the weight fraying my line. There paint holds up as well as any paint should. If you are fishing around rocks or other hard cover check out the "Vader Series" they do not chip!

Comments: I've been using Swagger weights for several years now. Hands down they are the highest quality I've fished with. They don't chip. They don't fray the line. I love how they're printed with the weight on the bottom so I don't forget what size they are. The sensitivity is right on.They're affordable too. Once I find a brand I like, I stick to it and these fit the bill.

Comments: Swagger Flipping Weights are everything I expect out of a high quality tungsten product and then some. I have been using Swagger Flipping Weights for over two years and have had zero issues with line fraying or cutting. Swagger makes re-organizing easy by having the weight of the product stamped directly into the tungsten. Also, the weight's paint holds up extremely well and would probably last a lifetime if I could stop hitting docks and the side of my boat. If you are worried about chipping check out the Vader Series no chip finishes.

Comments:Have purchased a dozen pieces of 3/4 in the last 2 weeks. There is a burr on the bottom of every single one that is sawing my 50lb braid in half very fast. I came home and line tested the pieces to be sure, and it's definitely a problem. I wouldn't ever leave a negative review, but this is 100% truth and needs to be addressed.

Comments:You won't find a better tungsten weight company! Swagger Tackle is the most affordable tungsten out there, the paint can take a good beating, and I like that they don't use inserts. I have never found a single defect on any of their weights. I have been using them for years and I won't buy any other tungsten besides Swagger. And I am not on their pro staff, I'm just a big believer in their stuff.

Comments:Great weight for a great price. The paint is very tough and aside from a few minor scrapes, they still look new. The 3/4oz and under are tough to insert with shrink tubing but can be done with some patience... Anything larger than 3/4oz is a breeze to insert. I've had no issues like some have mentioned with the hole not being polished, but I ALWAYS insert mine for peace of mind anyway (I have broken off in the past using other companies weights that weren't inserted, which is why I now insert...) Also, anything over 1oz will definitely need a larger peg or stop to keep the weight in-place (I actually use a tapered bobber-stop used for cat-fishing and it works perfectly...) Oh, and none of my weights have the size stamped on them, so I don't know what that review was about... Needless to say, when I buy tungsten nowadays, I only buy Swagger (turned a few buddies into Swagger guys, too).

They all start out as the plain colored ones, shown above, which you will notice perfect smooth edges all around. What you are seeing is paint or a piece of glitter that easily gets removed with a toothpick. Try cleaning it out and you will be good to go. Thanks for your business!

Comments:The hole through the weight doesn't look to be polished at all. The bottom inside lip of the weights have a rough edge and some so rough it was like small, sharp tungsten splinters. The rest of the hole looks rough, not smooth at all, but not nearly as rough as the bottom lip. You can even see the rough, non-painted edge in the photo shown above. May be able to fix em up, we'll see, it's worth a shot considering the low cost.

Comments:Inexpensive, high quality, durable paint... looks like this company figured it out. There's no reason tungsten should be so expensive! I don't know how they do it, but wow!! I've been throwing these weights for a couple months now and not a single chip! I'm floored... 10/10 in my opinion.
