By utilizing a new proprietary scrim in conjunction with Temple Fork Outfitter’s high modulus carbon fiber blank material, legendary rod designer, Gary Loomis, was able to reduce the weight and the increase sensitivity of the rod - all without sacrificing strength. The blanks are also tastefully finished and simply polished with a thin layer of matte clear coat to enhance the natural luster of the fibers. Proprietary Tactical Series Guides with stainless steel inserts and frames also offer advanced, super slick, saltwater safe performance, and are 30% lighter than standard SiC guides. Delivering the features and performance you need for fishing swimbaits, the TFO Gary Loomis Tactical Swimbait Casting Rods also feature TFO’s trademark color ID split grip handle for easy identification at a glance, and each rod is further complimented by a two piece reel seat and a natural cork ring split grip.
