Designed to provide a finesse presentation without the need for light tackle, the Talon Custom Lures Swamp Spider Jig is built on a custom, improved arkie-style head, which is perfectly balanced to fall and land upright for a consistent, natural presentation. A super thick, hybrid living rubber skirt, hand-tied with wire and trimmed to flair into a compact ball-shaped profile, excels in flipping and pitching applications, especially around highly pressured and/or finicky bass. Silicone and Flashabou accents also provide a wide selection of productive colors, and a custom designed, ultra sharp, premium nickel, Teflon-coated hook delivers rock solid hooksets.

Comments: Really like these jigs. Stout hook and excellent skirt. The poofy skirt makes for a slow fall and when a chunk style trailer is added to the back it makes a wonderful cold water slow moving jig.

Comments: I absolutely love these jigs! They aren't the smallest nor the largest, good in between size jig. It does have a stout hook and decent weed guard. I have cleaned house with these jigs. 1lb to 9lb bass on a regular bases. No need for trimming skirts, nor weed guards, perfect to fish right out the box. I flip these jigs on either 20lb to 25lb fluorocarbon and have never had a hook bend out, regardless of the hook set.

Comments: I purchased these looking for a finesse type brush/structure jig, just something that's not a round head that will come through brush better. They seem very well made and I really do like them but they are not finesse jigs. They are full size jigs with a poofy skirt in my opinion. It's Atleast a 4/0 hook in them. I do like them and do plan on fishing them but just beware if you buy them and your expecting something 'small' that's not exactly what your getting.
