Comments: I've owned one of these reels for two years and have it paired with an eight foot flipping stick and use it for punch work in the Cal delta. With the drag locked down you can almost hear them holler when I yank. For the money you can't beat this reel, we're talkin' TOUGH!!

Great Cast ability for skipping jigs and chucking crankbaits out on the water. Comments:After using a Tierra for a year casting Zoom Horny Toad,s I just bought another one for pitching Texas rigged plastics. I actually prefer this reel to my Shimano Curado because setting the backlash control is much more precise and simpler.

Comments:I have two of these reels and love them. I am a bay fisherman and have caght trout, flounder, reds, and bull reds all on this reel. I bought the Agrest and just did like the way it felt. This Tierra is light, super smooth, retrieves well and easy to throw. On my 8' rods it casts like a dream. Keep it up TW. You guys are doing a GREAT job!
