Made in Alabama, the Yellow Hammer V Rig is a three-wire umbrella rig designed for topwater fishing. Perfect for the shad spawn, casting in weeds, or anywhere in shallow water, the Yellow Hammer V-Rig is incredible durable thanks to its heavy duty components. Also featuring incredibly lifelike paint schemes on its head, the Yellow Hammer V Rig provides another level of versatility to umbrella rig fishing.
Professional bass angler, Paul Elias used an Umbrella-rig to run away with the win at the October 2011 Lake Guntersville FLW Tour Open. (The entire top-5 actually used Umbrella-rig as well). Dan Morehead also used the Umbrella-rig to win at the Kentucky Lake Everstart Championship, as did Scott Brummett at the Walmart BFL Wheeler Lake Regional.
**Don't forget to check your State's fish and game rules and regulations - a fully rigged umbrella rig is illegal in some States.

Comments: Excellent bait for the shad spawn. Plastic head allows me to reel the rig across the surface like a buzzbait or popping it like a swim jig. Won a BFL on Lay Lake around the grass. Gives the bass a different look on a pressured lake like Lay.
