Yamamoto Shibuki Popper
Shibuki is the Japanese word for "splash" and a very fitting title for Yamamoto's newest popper - the Yamamoto Shibuki Popper. Built with a precisely shaped concave mouth, the Yamamoto Shibuki Popper tempts hungry bass into biting with the perfect balance of surface disturbance, lifelike detailing, and action. Whether you walk it across the surface or pop it to produce a tidal-wave-like splash, the Yamamoto Shibuki Popper has what it takes to draw curious fish out from cover.
Like anything Yamamoto makes, the Yamamoto Shibuki Popper is built with a tremendous amount of detailing, including etched gill plates, 3D holographic interior chamber, and most notably, a holograph Yamamoto logo in the eye. Armed with two sticky-sharp Mustad Triple Grip Treble Hooks, the Yamamoto Shibuki Popper is sure to make a "splash" in lakes, ponds, and rivers everywhere.

Comments: Just tried this popper for a tournament I had this past weekend & i will say the Bass were blowing this lure up big time! I caught 5 Bass within the first 1/2 hour! definitely worth the money! don't overpay for some of those other lures! this popper straight up catches Bass

Comments: I see all these folks complaining about these baits for not spitting as they thought they should. While it may be true that they do not spit & move large amounts of water like a hula popper or a pop-r, they do however "walk" better than any popper type bait I've ever use prior to now. If you listen to much pro talk on poppers, you'll hear they want the old p70 because of the way it "walked." It allows the bait to stay in the strike zone longer. I'm in love with these things. Love how the 80 is large enough to really really throw on a baitcaster & it walks almost as well as the pencil walking bait that Yamato makes. Can't wait to spend some more early morning sunrises tossing this thing!

Comments: They don't sit at 90' they just float on the belly & the concave mouth is too shallow & wide, it hardly spits. I'm really disappointed!

Comments: Awesome popper I use the silver with black back and it has been one of my most productive lures this season for largemouth has a great action and back treble sits low in the water for more hook ups
