The new Yumbrella Rig from Yum capitalizes on the multi-rig phenomenon with a rig manufactured with "super wire," stainless steel that has been repeatedly heat-treated for strength and flexibility. The five super wire arms are attached with a true molded coupler for incredible toughness and durability, ensuring that the wire arms never break free. Plus, the head of the rig contains a rattle for added attraction.
A deadly way to target suspending bass, stripers and other gamefish feeding on baitfish, the Yumbrella Rig allows you to throw five Yum Money Minnows, grubs or spinnerbaits at once, to simulate a small school of baitfish. The 45-pound-strength snap and 75-pound-strength swivels ensure flawless performance on big fish.
Professional bass angler, Paul Elias used an umbrella-rig to run away with the win at the October 2011 Lake Guntersville FLW Tour Open. (The entire top-5 actually used umbrella-rig as well). Dan Morehead also used the umbrella-rig to win at the Kentucky Lake Everstart Championship, as did Scott Brummett at the Walmart BFL Wheeler Lake Regional.
**Don't forget to check your State's fish and game rules and regulations - a fully rigged Yumbrella Rig is illegal in some States.

Comments: Bought one of thees for my neighborhood lake,on the first cast one of the wires got tangled with a neighboring wire,so i tried to bend it back into place and the wire broke.definatly will not be buying this again, thinking about trying the terminator titanium rig instead for only a few more bucks.

Comments: I just bought the Yum Yumbrella rig (Tennessee Special) and cast it weightless with 5/0 Mustad EWG Ultrapoint hooks on a Zoom Swimming Super Fluke in Smokin Shad.I cast it out on a shallow weedline/breakline and hooked about a 10 lb bass but got off(my own fault).I love the action, but my only complaint is that you need to keep it off the bottom because the head will wedge under rocks and is hard to get out.I was using 8 lb Berkley Trilene Smooth Casting (XL) on a Shimano Sedona 4000FD and a Shakespeare 6' Medium power Ugly Stik rod casting in a shallow (3 1/2 ft) rocky/weedy flat.It will not tire your arm as bad as a weighted one and the Texas Rig will keep it as weedless as possible.Good luck and happy fishing!
Comments: Got 2 of them. Would not be bad if they used musky style cross locks to hold your swim baits on. The first day I used mine I lost 2 swim baits on strikes and the cross lock wire was pulled straight. Over priced for the quality of componets used!!

Comments: I have two and have them rigged up with different baits. i threw one most of the day and it worked good. However the other I only used for about an 1 hour and one of the wires broke off. I am undecided on the quality at this point.

Comments: I've got 3 of these and been using 2 of them for over 2 months and no problems. Absolutely love these rigs, if it was as high as the Mann's i'd still buy it. Def my favorite so far, wanting to try the donkey thrasher though!!!

Comments: This thing is THE TRUTH.... took it out for an hour, middle of December, water temp around 50 degrees.... caught two five pounders on three casts. The only problem I had was the head swam on it's side, but the bass apparently didn't care.... they almost ripped the rod out of my hands.

Comments: i just modified mine to have only three strands so it IS legal in washington. there is a three hook maximum in washington state

Comments: Not illegal in TN. TN residents can use a 3 arm rig or use a 5 arm rig and simply rig only 3 arms.
