Falcon BuCoo Casting Rods

The Falcon BuCoo Casting Rods have arrived and hit the ground running. Highly anticipated in the bass fishing world for good reason, the Bucoo Rod Series provides one of the best values available today in a bass rod. Combining Falcon's proven actions with the best 100% Fuji Components available, the BuCoo Series from Falcon delivers on price-point and performance. Potent all-black styling from tip to handle give the Falcon BuCoo Rods a classic look that will always look great on the water.

Each BuCoo Rod is constructed from Falcon's own American-made FXB graphite blanks, providing increased sensitivity and strength while maintaining an extremely light overall weight. The blank's sensitivity is more readily transferred into the angler's hands via the Exposed Blank Fuji Reel Seats and the No-Foregrip Design. A Split Grip Handle with ergonomic EVA Foam Grips provides superior comfort for long days on the water, while also contributing to reduce the rod's weight. Fuji Guides spaced expertly along the rods length round out the quality features and contribute to unlocking Falcon's characteristic rod actions.

The Bucoo Casting Rods are perfect for anyone looking for a quality rod with premium components - without spending Bucoo bucks.

Comments: I purchased the Bucco looking for a solid rod for getting the fish out of the pads when im throwing a frog. ive had no problems getting big dogfish, bass, and northerns out of the thick stuff. dont worry about the rod, but make sure you have a good reel. LOVE THIS ROD!!!!!!

Comments:Purchased a 6'6" BuCoo and very pleased. Great rod and if you are looking for a light, dependable and extreme fishability then buy one of these rods. You won't be sorry.

Comments:Just got my Falcon BuCoo in and I really like it. The 6'6 Medium Heavy is perfect for throwing worms and light jigs in tight places when I am river fishing in the Bush. If you can afford it pay the extra $60 and get the Cara T7. Overall I have little complaints, wish the butt was just a little longer. Go Falcon, the only rod I will fish..

Comments:For the price this is the best Falcon Rod yet!! I bought one knowing how much I loved my other Falcon Rods and the BuCoo, by far is my favorite!! I have 2 BuCoo's so far and I was just about to but another one for flipping and pitching until I found out they don't make one over 7' yet! I'm gonna go with the T7 Split Grip, 7' 3" Heavy casting rod.. I love this rod as well but the BuCoo is just as good if not better for $100 less! Good job engineer's at Falcon! You hit a homerun with this one! Thanks!!

Comments:Bought this rod because my other rod is on the bottom of the Delaware River but this rod is sweet. I had it rigged up with an Abu Garcia Skeet Reese reel, the whole combo must weigh 1 1/2 lbs. Buy this rod, you will not be disappointed. Great weight, great feel, the whole thing is perfect.

Comments:Who says Americans cannot build a good rod for a good price. I am so glad to find an American made rod of the quality of the Bucoo rod. They are the lightest and most comfortable rods for the price.

From:William: Hohenwald, TN

Comments: I purchased 5 of these rods and they are as light as any high-end rod out there without the high-end price. Those boys at Falcon got it right...here in the USA

Comments:Just bought this rod today. Used it for the first time and threw a lizard, jig, craw with small 1/8-3/8 bullet weight. I drug them along the floor of the lake and bounced them as well. I felt everything the lure was doing and touching PERFECTLY! The rod itself physically might not be the best made product but anyone on here that says these are mediocre and plain and alright is out of their mind. For those of you that would spend extra and get a Lowrider, do it, and you will have a rod that weighs more and isn't balanced as well. Yeah it might be made a little better with a little more expensive components, etc. but who the hell cares. I don't buy rods to look pretty, I buy them to perform, and this rod will easily out perform most mid, some even high range products. Ok so the foam handle is mediocre and what not. Who cares, its very comfortable and when I'm fishing all day, 5 days a week, my elbow-arm-wrist thanks me for not choosing a rod with cork,a forearm, heavy guides,so much thread you could disassemble it and make a shirt. This rod with a shimano chronarch 51mg is the ultimate setup. 9oz's, are you kidding me???????

Comments:I have 2 rods. One for Texas rigging and one crankbait. I am very impressed with there quality and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a rod. The price is excellent as well.

From:Johnny: Kilgore, TX

Comments:WOW! Talk about surprised. I bought this rod to replace my daiwa and can't believe the balance; also, the weight of this rod is unbelievable for the price. You won't be disappointed.

From:Gerard: New York, NY

Comments:I got the 6'6" rod with an Abu Garcia stx reel and it's the sweetest set-up I have ever fished with. The rod is extremely light and with the stx it is such a smooth set-up.

From:Billy: Jacksonville, FL

Comments:Very cheap handle and the MH 7' model acts more like a M with a parabolic bend. Would make an okay cranking stick, but is certainly not a MH rod. Be warned. Bang for the buck, I'd go with a Shimano Compre or Falcon LowRider. They don't have the split handle. I haven't found a decent rod with split handle that's less than $130 though.

Comments:A buddy of mine just purchased the BCC-5-166 Bucoo last week. I used it this weekend in a tournament. This rod is an absolute pitchin, flippin, & skippin phenom!!! It's weight is perfectly balanced. & it has the backbone for a good hookset. Awesome Rod!!!

From:David: Poplarville, MS

Comments:Comments:these rods are just split handle "originals". I just bought two not knowing what to expect and they're not bad, just not great. good rod for the money I spent ( I got 15% off) but I would spend another $20 for a Lowrider.

From:Craig: Belle Rive, IL

Comments:All I can say is WOW! I needed a replacement for my Daiwa and this rod exceeded my expectations. A friend of mine picked this rod up and stated "How much did you pay for this rod its super light?" He was surprised when I told him 99 bucks. He was also surprised that it weighed less then his top of the line Fenwick. It has to be the best rod for the price. OH BTW it looks awesome too.
