Of course, the Tour Edition PT gives you Quantum's exclusive ACS externally adjustable centrifugal brakes and their Dual PT double anti-reverse bearings and cold-forged one-piece cranking handle. The deep blue finish is the super scratch resistant Titanium Deposition Coating for long lasting good looks.
