and the Sol Spinning Reel is another reel packed with high-tech innovations. Sol Spinning is built on a solid, one-piece aluminum
frame and aluminum sideplate for incredible strength and lightweight power. This rigid framework holds the drive train in place
even under heavy load. The first technological innovation to emerge in the Sol is the exciting Digigear® Digital Gear Design.
This technology has enabled Daiwa to design the pinion and main gear to perfectly align the gear surfaces for maximum power

life in the Sol. Daiwa has also incorporated their exclusive Super Corrosion Resistant ball bearings and a sealed drag system that
excludes water and other contaminants for a failsafe drag. The bail is another Daiwa innovation; their exclusive Air Bail®, a super
strong, lightweight, hollow bail with no protruding angles to hook your line. Everything else in the Sol is vintage Daiwa.
