Welcome to Tackle Warehouse International. We proudly ship to over 100 countries worldwide. We are continually striving to increase that number and to deliver where no other mail order tackle company has gone before. If your country is not listed please email our friendly International sales staff for shipping options and transit times.

All rod orders with additional items shipped via Fed Ex Air may incur an increased shipping charge. The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail. The shipping charge reflected on your order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.

You can order all your tackle products directly from our website via our online catalogue. Online order email confirmations will be sent to your personal mail account within 24 hours. Please note that Tackle Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

Shipping Options

Tackle Warehouse currently offers four shipping services. World Mail, Express Mail, FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority. All FedEx International orders placed before 1:30PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the same day.

World Mail

Federal Express International Mail Service. Available for all orders weighing under 2 pounds with a value lower than $75 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Unfortunately World Mail does not have a tracking system and is not guaranteed.

Express Mail

Available for orders under $200 and excludes orders with rods. Deliveries take 7-10 days. Express Mail offers a tracking system via the United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com. The information offered is very limited. However, it does show when your package arrives in your locale, which is helpful for estimating delivery times.

Federal Express International Economy

Available for all orders. Deliveries take 3-7 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system on their website, www.fedex.com.

Federal Express International Priority

Available for all orders. This is our fastest shipping option. Deliveries are guaranteed in 2-4 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system on their website, www.fedex.com.

FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge of $20 per shipment or $0.20 per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to specific International destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at www.fedex.com.

Import Taxes

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Tackle Warehouse. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

Frequently Asked Ordering Questions

What can I order?
You may order all items shown in our online catalogue. If you would like to order an item that is not found on our website please email our friendly sales staff for price and availability.

How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email or fax us at 805-542-9302. Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders 5 days a week. You may call Monday through Friday between 7:30am PST and 6pm PST. If you would like to place a phone order please call our local telephone number +805 540-7970.

How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card, American Express or Pay Pal. We also accept International Money Orders and Wired Fund Transfers. Please contact our International Department for more details regarding International Money Orders and Wired Fund Transfer payments. Please note that Tackle Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

What is an International Authorization Form?
Any first time, International customer, that is placing an order over $100.00 and paying with Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal must fill out and submit an authorization form with their order. This is an extra precaution we take to protect you, the customer, from the possibility of fraudulent activity on your card. As long as you use the same Credit Card for all purchases made with Tackle Warehouse then we will only require an authorization form be filled out once, for that Credit Card on file. If you change Credit Cards at anytime you will need a new authorization form filled out to correspond with that particular card. Once you have submitted your authorization form we would suggest using the same Credit Card to avoid having to submit another authorization form.

What happens if I don't receive my package?
All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Tackle Warehouse will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Tackle Warehouse. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Tackle Warehouse will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
Tackle Warehouse cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Tackle Warehouse strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Tackle Warehouse cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

Ship-To Prohibitions
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Tackle Warehouse will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
