Comments: These rods are total garbage!!! Buyer beware! I purchased 3 of these rods in the worm and jig series and immediately found all three to be extremely tip heavy and unbalanced after pairing them with Shimano Cardiff 100A reels. My first thought was to return them but I decided to fish them to see if my opinion of the rods would change. It did not, after only an hour the weight of the rod was very noticeable and after the third outing the up-locking reel seats would not stay tight and started to come apart. I am shocked Shimano would produce such crap as this. Shame on you Shimano!!!!!!!

Comments: I bought 7'2" medium worm/jig rod.And what can i say about it? That's a great rod, really comfortable reel seat, I also have gloomis gl2 7'1" med/heavy worm/jig rod. OK gl2 is lighter, but sensitivity - i couldn't feel a difference. Shimano Convergence is 3 times cheaper, but i like better than gloomis. It really worth more than it costs!

Comments: I purchased the 7'2" Med rod. Great rod. Took it out first day and caught 5 bass over 3lbs and a couple of grinnel, one big enough to turn my 16' jon boat. Rod is sensitive and has plenty of backbone. I also have a compre and clarus, to be honest I can't tell the difference in feel. I like it.

Comments: Great rod! i love the uplocking reel seat and the tip is softer than my mojo bass. great price point and that soft tip launches frogs across the river!!!

Comments: I recently purchased a 6'8 MH and I must say this is a great rod!! I was nervous at first about the uplocking reel seat but after the first hour on the lake my concerns were gone. Unlike conventional reel seat locks this design allows you to make any fine adjustments naturally and without thinking about it since your hand is always on it. A value priced rod packed with nice features. My next equipment purchase will definately include three more of these rods.

Comments: Good rod. But horribly made two of mine have broke in two weeks! If the tip hardly gets tapped it will break never buying one of these rods again!!!
Comments: I bought the 7'2" med heavy just to see what it was like, paired it with the curado 200, and I must say i was very pleased with how light this rod was, and how it handled baits. I have since picked up 3 more. And let me just mention, there is a 7'0" model in med available in some places, it is the BEST crankbait rod around right now.
