The Shimano Cumara Flippin' Rods now feature Shimano’s revolutionary HM-1 blanks, which are incredibly lightweight and precisely tuned for flipping, pitching and punching applications. The new resin and graphite blend of the HM-1 blanks allowed Shimano to greatly reduce the overall weight of the rods, while maintaining superior strength and power. Extremely sensitive as well to allow you tell the difference between changes in cover and light pick ups, the Cumara Flipping Rods also features Fuji’s newest guide train, the Fuji KR-Concept Guide System. Utilizing both standard guides and micro guides, the KR-Concept System has been proven to greatly increase casting performance, increase lifting power and also increase hook setting power.
