Comments: Fantastic rod but crappy reel seat. It completely strips the powdercoat from my reels. If you have a cheap reel, it's a great rod for it. I wouldn't use it on a reel over $100 though.

Comments: I bought the 6'8 xtra fast tip drop shot rod and I must say I am extremely impressed. I took it out the day I got it to a nice urban lake I fish often just to test and it preformed extraordinarily. I caught a total of 6 largies all over 2.5 pounds ( one was even upward of 4 lbs) and the rod handled them all as if they were pounders. Extremely pleased with the sensitivity, strength & overall ergonomics and feel of this rod. Shimano now has a customer for life!

Comments: I own the 7'2" MH rod. It is an all around great rod. Sensitive, lightweight, well built, with a terrific action. I use it for everything from wacky rigging senkos, throwing soft jerkbaits, poppers, shallow crankbaits. You name it, this rod can do it.

Comments: I just bought the rod from a local sporting goods store. I did a lot of looking into it because I usually use baitcasters but I've been wanting a spinning rod to be able to skip flukes under bushes and to use with light appliances. For the price this is defenetly one of the best. I have the 6'10 worm and jig rod and it handled 2 three pounders great today. Me and my dad went out and slayed them. Absolutely love this rod. Shimano got this one perfect

Comments: Texas Rig Worm/Jig Rod - Been using this rod all summer/fall paired with a Shimano Spirex 2500 series reel. I like it a lot. Good balance, smooth retrieve, good sensitivity, good price...you can't beat it for $50.

Comments: Found the 6'8" Med Worm/Jig Sellus at a local tackle shop and could not let the thing out of my hand. So light and yet such modulus. Comfortable grip. Got it for $49.99 and no shipping since it was local. Tested the rod same day and caught a nice bass on topwater - enough modulus to frog. 2 thumbs up!!
